Welcome to The Jacket Mode. These Terms govern your use of thejacketmode.com and any purchase you make through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order with us.
3. Our Products
Most of our jackets are made to order. Slight variations in color, texture, and finish can occur due to the nature of genuine and synthetic leather, as well as screen display differences.
4. Orders
- All orders are subject to our acceptance and confirmation.
- We may cancel or refuse an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or issues with availability.
- It's the customer's responsibility to provide accurate sizing, shipping, and personalization details at checkout.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in USD and are due in full before production begins. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update prices at any time going forward.
6. Made-to-Order & Custom Products
Because most items are cut and built specifically for you after you confirm your size, standard change-of-mind returns don't apply the same way they would to off-the-shelf products. See our Refund Policy for exactly how returns, exchanges, and cancellations work for made-to-order items.
7. Shipping
Delivery estimates are just that - estimates. Actual delivery can be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or events outside our control. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
8. Cancellations
You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After that, a 25% fee applies since production is already underway. See our Refund Policy for the complete breakdown.
9. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Governed entirely by our Refund Policy, which covers eligibility, timelines, and the exact process to follow.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this site - including text, photos, graphics, and branding - belongs to The Jacket Mode and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site: no introducing malware, attempting unauthorized access, scraping, or interfering with normal site operation.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Jacket Mode isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased through it. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
13. Privacy
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that state.
